Welcome to our vacation rental, which was completely renovated in the winter of 2025/2026—new, furnished to a high standard, and designed with great care to ensure an all-around cozy getaway.

This modern, high-quality, and cozy 2-room vacation apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance offers space for up to 3 guests in approximately 40 square meters of living space.
The combined living/dining area, featuring a well-equipped built-in kitchen and dining nook, offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals or simply unwind.The cozy couch can be pulled out into a sofa bed with a sleeping surface of 160×200 cm.
A flat-screen satellite TV provides entertainment. The pull-out couch in the living room also provides a place to sleep for a third person.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a second TV. There are also curtains here that provide pleasant darkness.
The bathroom, which features underfloor heating, is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, and hair dryer.
The east-facing terrace, furnished and directly adjacent to the living room, is the ideal spot for a relaxing breakfast in the early morning sun when the weather is nice.
